AVMs (Automated Valuation Models)
A computer-generated comparison of the property to neighborhood
data. NREIS has created a robust logic engine that allows us to customize our lending criteria to maximize your cascading AVM results. To help standardize confidence scores, NREIS offers an innovative technology engine that takes the guesswork out of verifying the value on the same property across multiple AVM models.
SUREvalue (Warranted AVM)
The proprietary warranty product allows flexibility on the widest variety of loan values, lien positions and property types. This offering can also be structured to cover overvaluation losses, including foreclosure-related expenses.
marketWISE Report
Our marketWISE Report is an upgrade to the Automated Valuation Model (AVM) that examines sales from three comparable data sources to provide a value range. Executed by an appraiser, our marketWISE Report is a great alternative to low confidence or no hit AVMs.
QUICKinspect®
This proprietary report from National Real Estate combines the Automated
Valuation Model and an exterior
inspection with photos.
BPOs (Broker Price Opinions)
Includes an exterior inspection and all comparable sales used to support an
opinion of value. National Real Estate also offers various levels of insurance products for valuation products.
