At National Real Estate, we work with thousands of licensed appraisers in all 50 states. A Certified Appraiser performs all the above real estate appraisals, including property analysis reports. In addition, a Staff Analyst at National Real Estate reviews all appraisals to ensure their quality.

Appraisals are in compliance with FHLMC/FNMA, FIRREA, Regulatory Agency, and USPAP standards, as well as FHA and VA requirements. Additionally, reports are reviewed for each client's specific requirements and for state specific standards.
