Settlements
Working with thousands of closing agents in all 50 states, National Real Estate administers a truly centralized solution— from witness-only closings to the most complex purchase-money transactions—all customized to our clients' specifications. National Real Estate offers daytime, evening, and weekend hours and the flexibility to schedule appointments in the borrower's home, place of business, or a more traditional office setting.

Closing Facilitation
Our centralized settlement department works with you to review the title search, prepare the documents, and schedule the closing. One of our prequalified real estate signing professionals then attends the closing to witness and notarize the documents.

Document Preparation
We provide centralized preparation and delivery of HUD1 and HUD1A—in accordance with your instructions. Additionally, our department can prepare transfer deeds and various affidavits.

Disbursements
We disburse all funds from the transaction at our central location to allow for a secure and timely funding process.

Post-Closing Review
Post-closing review includes an audit of the executed loan documentation for completeness and recordability. All documents are scanned and uploaded to our secure Web portal, NREISource, for immediate viewing.
